Jeff graduated from Dalhousie University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy.
Jeff is a past president of the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Occupational Therapists (NLAOT). Jeff is a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT) and licensed through the Newfoundland and Labrador Occupational Therapy Board (NLOTB).
Jeff began contractual work with Integrated Occupational Health Services (IOHS) in November 2007 and regularly completes home demands analysis.
